摘要: The aim of this study was to examine the stability structurally different azo dyes in soil and their impact on microbial community composition by analyzing phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) profiles. Sterile non-sterile soils were amended with three dyes, including: Direct Red 81, Reactive Black 5 Acid Yellow 19 at 160mgkg(-1) soil. results showed that quite stable large amounts these ranging from 17.3% 87.5% recoverable sterile after 14 days. maximum amount dye recovered case 81. PLFA analysis had a significant effect structure. concentrations representing Gram-negative bacteria dye-amended substantially less as compared concentration Gram-positive bacteria. almost similar effects fungi. In contrast, greater negative fungal than bacterial PLFA, while opposite observed To our knowledge, is first reporting textile composition.
