摘要: This study examined perceptions of turning points and six dialectical contradictions for organizational team development. Sixty-three members were interviewed utilizing a revised version the Retrospective Interview Technique (RIT). After identified, questionnaire was administered to determine centrality or importance each point. The autonomy versus connection, predictability novelty, openness closedness, individual, dominance submission, competence incompetence. Turning point types clustered around issues cohesion, project development, socialization, member change, competence, workload, conflict. Questionnaire results revealed that individual incompetence rated as significantly more important submission less than other three contradictions.
