摘要: To reveal the components of defects responsible for persistent luminescence properties CaAl2O4:Eu2+, Nd3+, a slight amount Sr2+ ions were doped in host lattice. Their thermoluminescence (TL) and decay curves investigated. The results showed that concentration traps Nd3+ decreased linearly with increase Sr2+. Furthermore, both their initial luminance time also decreased. As preferred to occupy Ca2+ vacancies, suppression TL reflected some isolated vacancies might be acting as bridges transport carriers between trapping centers emission centers. On basis these results, manner carriers’ is discussed detail, possible structural unit designed well.
