摘要: Abstract Neuronotrophic activity accumulates in a wound cavity created the entorhinal/occipital cortex of developing rats. These trophic factors support survival neurons monolayer cultures chick embryo spinal cord, ciliary ganglion, sympathetic ganglion and dorsal root as well mouse ganglion. Trophic was very low both non-injured brain tissue 1 day post-lesion, but it increased 15- to 300-fold during subsequent 2–5 days.
