摘要: Abstract Neuronotrophic activity accumulates in a wound cavity created the entorhinal/occipital cortex of developing rats. These trophic factors support survival neurons monolayer cultures chick embryo spinal cord, ciliary ganglion, sympathetic ganglion and dorsal root as well mouse ganglion. Trophic was very low both non-injured brain tissue 1 day post-lesion, but it increased 15- to 300-fold during subsequent 2–5 days. Together with fluid were other substances which interfered cord neurons. The neuronotrophic appeared be proteins immunologically distinct from submaxillary nerve growth factor. Fragments rat corpus striatum placed cortical immediately after its formation showed poor no innervation host hippocampus. However, if implantation delayed by 3 or 6 days respect time at receiving made, greatly improved took place. course for accumulation paralleled delay leading grafts. It is suggested that accumulating period may responsible implants.
