摘要: The in vitro activity of the hemolysin Fusobacterium necrophorum was determined using hemolysis horse erythrocytes as an assay. effects medium composition and pH on production were investigated. Calf serum casitone stimulated a comparatively higher hemolytic F. subsp. funduliforme, respectively. However, sugars, such glucose, galactose fructose inhibitors activity. spectrum erythrocyte sensitivity to indicated that quail more sensitive both than cat, dog, rabbit, pigeon human erythrocytes. Cat however insensitive funduliforme. Cattle, sheep chicken two subspecies. Medium near neutral effective enhancing activity, positively correlated with growth. In general,
