摘要: One hundred fifty-three single rooted teeth were divided into four groups. Canals cleaned and shaped using the balanced forces technique. In one group of 50 teeth, irrigation was delivered with needle deep within root canal. other 51 placed passively in coronal access cavity carried canal during filing. The remaining 52 control groups treated same manner distilled water as solution. concentration sodium extruded apically measured by means atomic emission spectrophotometry, volume hypochlorite calculated. Significantly more delivery (p It is concluded that use a reservoir results significantly less apical extrusion solution than delivery.
