摘要: Lung cancer is the most frequent cause of cancer-related death worldwide. Metastases non-small cell lung carcinoma to oral and maxillofacial region are rare. Thus, diagnosis a metastatic lesion in cavity challenging clinician pathologist. This report presents case 72-year-old man with adenocarcinoma located posterior mandibular region. Next-generation sequencing analysis showed no important mutations relevant genes except TP53 tumor suppressor gene.
