摘要: Universities are increasingly being seen as commercial enterprises, and represented particular types of business entities in manuals provided to university managers. Critical discourse analysis is employed this paper construct an analytical framework for the study managerial advice, which then used examine manual Australian universities conduct institutional audit by Quality Agency (AUQA). Institutions businesses, but contrary rhetoric colonised ‘new managerialism’, constructs institutions more localised constrained businesses than globally networked entities.
