摘要: This review has focused on evidence regarding intestinal perfusion of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Basic investigation defined an altered microvascular anatomy in the affected IBD bowel, which corresponds with diminished mucosal setting chronic, long-standing inflammation. Diminished is linked to impaired wound healing, and may contribute continued refractory damage, characterizes IBD. Alterations vascular physiology suggests additional possible mechanisms by micro-vessels initiation perpetuation begs following questions: will angiogenesis within gut lead sustained inflammation, does growing vasculature generate factors that transform surrounding tissue anastomosis gut, shunting blood away from surface, impairment metabolism potentiation damage? Further studies are required define underlie dysfunction its role pathophysiology
