摘要: The origin and development of human tumors begins at the molecular level involves a complex multi-step process. A feature common to many tumor cells is their ability enter progress through cell division cycle under conditions where normal would either be quiescent or proliferating reduced rate. Therefore, pathways controlling must inevitably interact with which regulate growth, are very likely target oncogenic events. It was not until recently, however, that experimental evidence became available bring such connection light.
