摘要: The p34cdc2 protein kinase is known to regulate important transitions in the eukaryotic cell cycle. We have identified 10 human kinases based on their structural relation p34cdc2. Seven of these are novel and products five share greater than 50% amino acid sequence identity with seven genes broadly expressed lines tissues each displaying some type or tissue specificity. cdk3 gene, like cdc2 cdk2, can complement cdc28 mutants Saccharomyces cerevisiae, suggesting that all three play roles regulation mammalian identification a large family cdc2-related opens possibility combinatorial cycle together emerging cyclins.
