摘要: Purpose: In this study we investigated the detection rate and morbidity of stereotactic transperineal prostate re-biopsy with 3-dimensional mapping for diagnosis nonpalpable isoechoic occult malignancy.Materials Methods: A total 180 consecutive patients continued increasing specific antigen at least 1 prior benign transrectal biopsy underwent a single outpatient institution between April 2004 March 2006. Similar to brachytherapy procedure, were placed in dorsal lithotomy position. With patient under general anesthesia, using ultrasound, perineal template stabilizing device, was positioned on implant grid.
