摘要: 1. Cold exposure caused a marked decrease in insulin response to intravenous injection of glucose, with sharply declining over the first 4 days cold followed by constant low up 13 experimental period. 2. The glucose-induced was unaffected concomitant infusion phentolamine warm environment. In contrast, secretion glucose during so augmented as exceed observed 3. Intravenous an increase concentration plasma but not 4. Adrenaline completely abolished 5. Exposure environment brought about urinary excretion adrenaline and noradrenaline heart rate, rectal temperature unchanged. 6. It is concluded that insufficient cause hypothermia produces pancreas sheep, mediated through adrenergic alpha-receptors stimulated sympatho-adrenomedullary activity.
