Simultaneous determination of 22 pesticides residues from stem and leaves of panax ginseng by GC-ECD and GC-MS

摘要: A rapid and simple method for simultaneous determination of 22 pesticides residues in stem leaves ginseng by gas chromatography coupled to electron capture detector (GC-ECD) mass spectrometry (GC-MS) has been developed. Pesticides were extracted from SLG samples with petroleum ether on a column packed florisil silica. Recoveries all studied ranged 81.51%to 115.40% relative standard deviation ranging 2.81% 4.93%. The lowest detection limit was 1.0 5.0 μg kg -1 . GC-MS assay showed that there procymidone several samples. results suggest the proposed can be applied analysis GC-ECD GC-MS.
