摘要: A new multi-residue method was proposed for the determination of 11 organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in Traditional Chinese medicinal preparation oral liquids. The based on a simple one-step extraction procedure without further clean-up step. analytes were extracted by solvent mixture acetone and n-hexane, experimental parameters such as ratio acetone : n-hexane (v/v), volume time optimized via orthogonal array design (OAD). All successfully identified quantified gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). linearity calibration curves is excellent matrix-matched standards yields coefficients (R2) > 0.9997 target analytes. Low limits quantification (10 μg L−1) achieved. Under conditions, average recoveries most (spiked at 10, 20, 50 range from 70% to 120%, RSDs are less than 13.3%.
