摘要: BACKGROUND: There is growing interest in the role of abnormal asymmetrical posture, which considered one most important etiological factors reported to be associated with mechanical low back pain. OBJECTIVE: This study was conducted investigate effect lumbar extension traction on pain, function and whole spine sagittal balance as represented curvature, thoracic C7 plumb line, sacral slope. METHODS: Eighty patients chronic pain (CMLBP) definite hypolordosis were randomly assigned or a control group. The group (n = 40) received stretching exercises infrared radiation, whereas addition radiation three times week for 10 weeks. Back rating scale, Oswestry Disability Index, radiological parameters terms lordosis, kyphosis, slope, positioning line measured all at intervals (before treatment, after weeks six months follow-up). RESULTS: significant difference between groups adjusted baseline value outcome post treatment respect lordotic curve (P 0.000), kyphosis 0.013), slope 0.001), plump distance (p while there no 0.29) Index (ODI) 0.1). At 6-months follow-up, differences both previous variables ( p< 0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Lumbar inaddition tostretching improved decreased disability CMLBP.
