Growth of AgGaS2 single crystals by chemical transport reaction

摘要: The transport rate in the chemical reaction to grow AgGaS 2 crystals was measured. Transparent yellow single (7 x 5 mm 3 at maximum) were obtained. growth conditions of rod and plate shown terms temperature rate. photoluminescence spectra as-grown dependent amount iodine charged. With less than 0.18 10 g/m iodine, exhibited clear excitonic emissions.
