摘要: The term “peroxidase” designs a group of hemoproteins with wide structural variability. These enzymes catalyze the redox reaction between hydrogen peroxide and some reductors. They can be found in animals, plants microorganisms. In plants, peroxidases are involved numerous cellular processes such as development stress responses. fact, they growth regulation by controlling hormonal cell wall metabolism antioxidant defense. On other hand, these considered biomarker indicating biotic abiotic stresses. Under metallic conditions, quantitative qualitative profiles generally modified. Such modulations could prove major role played defense mechanism. this paper, we discussed variation isoperoxidases behavior under conditions.
