摘要: To specify the modulating mechanism of Zr substitution on microstructure and magnetic properties delafossite type oxides CuFe1−xZrxO2 (x = 0–0.10), multiferroic ceramics are synthesized by solid-state reaction method. The obtained samples characterized X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, Raman spectroscopy, positron annihilation lifetime spectra physical property measurement system. XRD results indicate that all form structure, Zr4+ induces shift main diffraction peaks. SEM measurements demonstrate suppresses grain growth. show changes degree polarization intragranular stress for samples. Positron suggest vacancy-type defects exist in samples, concentration size influenced significantly substitution. M–T curves display two successive transition temperatures TN1 TN2, Fe tends to suppress low ferromagnetic interactions structure. Simultaneously, exhibit macroscopic weak behavior at temperature.
