摘要: Abstract The heavily Ce-doped SrHfO 3 (SHO) and the undoped non-stoichiometric SHO sample sets were prepared by solid state reaction in powder form their luminescence spectra decay kinetics measured. Concentration quenching effects thermally induced ionization of Ce 3+ excited states followed discussed former set. In latter one new emission band at about 334 nm was found Sr-deficient samples temperature dependences its intensity times studied detail. Room time 180 ns efficient fast energy transfer from host to center make this material promising candidate for X-ray phosphors.
