Efficient X-Ray Phosphors Based on Non-Stoichiometric MeZrO ${\rm }_{3}$ (Me ${\rm }={\rm }$ Ca, Sr, Ba)

摘要: Non-stoichiometric undoped zirconates of Ca, Sr and Ba were prepared studied for their luminescence scintillation characteristics in a broad range compositions. Powder samples by solid state reaction method. Based on phase analysis the zirconate phases compositions sintered have been determined. Dominant emission band these materials is situated near UV-blue spectral range. The highest efficiency was found at strontium containing surplus ZrO2.
