摘要: Extractive fermentation in a nonionic surfactant aqueous solution provides promising and efficient method to produce Monascus pigments. The behaviour of pigment secretion during the extractive cultivation was investigated present work. results revealed that intracellular limited by its saturation concentration solution. completely extracted outside cell at low density high Triton X-100 (TX) broth; otherwise, restriction for extraction would occur. decrement orange yellow pigments inconsistent with increment extracellular an increase TX concentration. It could be inferred converted transmembrane process, which might attributed enzyme catalysis non-aqueous phase This study helps explain mechanism variation characteristic capacity fermentation.
