摘要: Gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GISTs), previously termed leiomyomas and leiomyosarcomas are relatively common of the gastrointestinal tract, most commonly found in stomach. Most GISTs asymptomatic but may cause abdominal pain or bleeding from ulceration overlying mucosa. A rare case gastroduodenal intussusception a large gastric tumour, which presented with intermittent outlet obstruction, is reported. Pre-operative diagnosis was made on CT confirmed at laparotomy. diagnostic difficulties management discussed.
