摘要: The histological, histochemical, and ultrastructural features of a granular cell tumor in the wall right atrium heart nine-year-old dog are described. histologic appearance mass varied from areas spindle-shaped cells to sheets globoid with foamy cytoplasm. neoplastic contained numerous cytoplasmic granules which were variably positive periodic acid-Schiff staining, without disastase digestion. Ultrastructurally, had various-sized, heterogeneous lysosomes pleomorphic content.
