摘要: In this study, a simple and selective gas chromatography–mass spectrometry method was developed validated for the determination of pogostone in canine plasma. Liquid–liquid extraction used to separate from plasma, mean recovery rates internal standard (isoalantolactone) were 80.61 75.89%, respectively. The chromatographic separation performed capillary column Agilent HP-5ms, spectrometer operated an electron-impact ionization with electron multiplier voltage mode. curve linear over concentration range 1.02–406 ng/mL (r > 0.99). intra- interday accuracies at four concentrations 97.77–99.92% 98.51–100.22%, relative deviations <15%. successfully applied pharmacokinetic study after oral administration beagle dogs.
