Calibration of time-to-amplitude converters

摘要: Abstract A method of calibrating time-to-amplitude converters is described using a random time spectrum and calibration circuit which produces pulses separated by known period. least-squares analysis these continuous discrete spectra yields as polynomial in channel number with an accuracy substantially better than 1%.
