摘要: Abstract A simple and quick method to make an absolute time calibration of a time-to-pulse-height converter (TPHC) has been developed. The is also suitable for quantitative determination the differential linearity TPHC. In addition ordinary laboratory instruments two fast gating systems TD pulse shaper are needed. circuits described in detail together with overall system. results test commercial TPHC different conversion ranges presented.
