摘要: We have examined the effects of lovastatin and pravastatin (competitive HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors) on growth survival rat brain neuroblasts. Lovastatin, but not pravastatin, suppressed cell by inducing apoptosis neuroblasts in a dose- time-dependent manner.
