摘要: Abnormal expression of neuroepithelial cell transforming gene 1 (NET1) has been authenticated in many human cancers, including lung cancer. We have previously reported that NET1 functioned as an oncogene and promoted non-small-cell cancer (NSCLC) growth migration. However, the correlation between its upstream miRNAs needed further illustration. Our present work demonstrated miR-22 had a relatively low expression, high both NSCLC samples adenocarcinoma lines compared with corresponding normal controls. Moreover, directly regulated was verified to weaken proliferation migration, well enhance apoptosis by suppressing NET1. Furthermore, inhibitory effect can be reversed via overexpressing using ectopic vector cells. findings showed miR-22/NET-1 axis may contribute inhibition migration represents promising therapeutic target for NSCLC.
