This was tested with respect six case studies Western Australia (WA). majority actions were proposed stage along formulation predictions, although significant established other process. New implemented postdecision response occurrence unexpected impacts. Adaptive initiated through setting objectives left scope flexible approach be adopted achieving these objectives. During project WA, strong emphasis placed need monitoring programs. implementation programs found central successful achievement performance demonstrate relationship exists between WA.
