Synthesis, characterization and electrical properties of nanostructured LaAlO3 by sol–gel auto combustion method

摘要: Semiconductive nanostructured LaAlO3 was synthesized by sol–gel auto combustion method using inorganic reagents as La (NO3)3·6H2O, Al (NO3)3·9H2O and glycine a fuel. Structural characterization of prepared sample characterized X-ray diffraction technique (XRD), Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The morphology the particle found scanning electron microscopy while elemental composition energy dispersive transmission (TEM) used to study nanostructure material. XRD pattern reveals formation single phase orthorhombic structure without any other formation. system show porous morphology. Particle size obtained from TEM analysis be ~40 nm. FTIR spectra showed characteristic two strong absorption bands at 656 442 cm−1 corresponding metal–oxygen bond vibrations for perovskite compound. Superhydrophilic nature investigated room temperature sessile drop technique. electrical properties compound that exhibits conducting behavior.
