摘要: Background: Ewing's sarcoma cell lines may represent a good in vitro model for the understanding of tumor biology this heterogeneous group diseases. In present study, we report establishment and characterization primary line (LDS-Falck 01). Materials Methods: LDS-Falck 01 was generated from malignant pleural effusion patient with metastatic peripheral primitive neuroectodermal arising chest wall. Extensive cells accomplished using immunocytochemical, RT-PCR cytogenetic studies. Results: had both anchorage-dependent -independent growth patterns. Immunocytochemical studies showed that were PAS-, vimentin-, CD99- NSE- positive, EGFR- CD117-negative. Cytogenetic analysis revealed complex hyperdiploid karyotype multiple chromosomal aberrations including an unbalanced translocation t(11;22)(q24;q12). The EWS/FLI1 chimeric transcript type 1 detected. Conclusion: This valid tool investigating biomolecular characteristics neoplasms their sensitivity to therapeutic agents. family tumors (ESFT) include many related malignancies such as Ewing (ES), Askin's thoracic wall (pPNET) (1). They are second most common among children young adults, more frequently bone soft tissues
