摘要: Iatrogenic disease is defined as illness caused by diagnostic procedures or treatment given health care professionals. More recently described complications involving the genitourinary tract include newly recognized variants of renal carcinoma in setting dialysis/end-stage disease, effect carcinomas, and medical drug therapies, including immunotherapy. The objective this review to cover iatrogenic inflammatory diseases, pseudotumors tumors kidney, bladder, prostate, testis paratestis most interest surgical pathologists. For reason, following will not be covered: glomerulonephritis, self-inflicted injury introduction foreign bodies, error, drugs abuse herbal medications, transplant ischemia/reperfusion injury. Emphasis placed upon commonly encountered diseases order ensure that utility practicing clinical context, pathophysiology histopathology each entity are covered.
