摘要: The clinical assessment of short-stranded nucleic acid biomarkers such as miRNAs could potentially provide useful information for monitoring disease progression, prompting definitive treatment decisions. In the past decade, advancements in biosensing technology have led to a shift towards rapid, real-time and label-free detection systems; such, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor-based has become high interest. Here, we developed an automated multiplex transmissive (t-SPR) platform with use capped gold nanoslit integrated microfluidic biosensor. was custom designed allow analysis spectral measurements using wavelength (dλ), intensity (dI) novel area change (dA) binding reactions. A simple compact nanostructure based biosensor fabricated capabilities. sensitivity specificity device demonstrated through functionalised AuNPs target molecule isolation signal enhancement combination probes on CG surface. Our work allows miRNA at femtomolar concentrations complex media urine.
