摘要: Blood leukocytes consist of a heterogeneous group specialized immune cells including lymphocytes, granulocytes and monocytes, which circulate through the vasculature in quiescent state low adhesiveness before migrating into tissues. Lymphocytes recirculate between tissue compartments during surveillance participate with other defending against invading microorganisms. Several families adhesion molecules expressed on endothelial cells, extracellular matrix are required to mediate effective specific recruitment from inside extravascular sites where they can fulfill their task.
