摘要: Abstract P-selectin in platelets and endothelial cells mediates adhesive interactions between platelet, leukocyte endothelium to form thrombi. The purpose of the present study was investigate plasma level soluble (sP-selectin) patients with coronary heart disease relationship sP-selectin concentration lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)]. Levels Lp(a) were determined by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay on taken from acute myocardial infarction (AMI), old (OMI), unstable angina (UA), stable (SA) controls. In AMI UA, levels (79.62±3.82 ng/ml, 43.75±2.97 respectively) significantly higher ( P r =−0.315
