摘要: Activating mutations, gene amplification and overexpression of human epidermal growth factor receptor (erbB or HER) family kinases have been implicated as integral contributors to a variety cancers. However, there is increasing evidence that the HER receptors propagate not only signals initiated by their own ligands but also those multiple other signaling pathways. Attenuation developing strategy for management malignancies subject number ongoing clinical trials. The purpose this review provide timely update recent reports in rapidly evolving area biology emerging role these malignant transformation targets cancer therapy.
