摘要: A transmission electron microscope study has been made of the crystallization and associated domain behavior an amorphous Fe82B15Si3 alloy. The first obvious signs in microscope‐annealed foils occur at a temperature about 345 °C with appearance α‐iron nuclei. These crystallites grow annealing time but grain size complete is still small (∼0.1 μm). At 500 °C bct Fe2B phase formed. Furnace annealed specimens differ that iron nuclei have dendritic morphology. as‐quenched material shows isotropic structure no magnetization ripple. onset accompanied by formation this dispersion and, some cases, stripe domains which reflect perpendicular anisotropy. results in‐situ observations clearly indicate perturbing effects products.
