摘要: The effects of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) (pyrene) on superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), catalase, peroxidase, malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline were studied in leaves, stems roots Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. results showed that the responses enzymatic non-enzymatic antioxidants varied significantly among three tissues studied. activities antioxidant enzymes PAH-treated fluctuated different stress levels compared to controls, while such as SOD, APX leaves increased when stressed by PAH with a significant positive relation between leaf SOD or activity. Low treatments could also stimulate stems. MDA content was obviously accumulated under decreased indicating may partly alleviate lipid peroxidation. For pollution monitoring purpose, be potential biomarkers intertidal estuaries.
