Biventricular takotsubo cardiomyopathy: case report and general discussion.

摘要: In recent years, our understanding of the physiologic mechanisms transient takotsubo cardiomyopathy has improved because growing use emergent heart catheterization in patients who present with severe ischemic syndromes. However, even this procedure revealed only that, most syndrome, sudden onset ventricular dysfunction is not due to fixed coronary artery occlusions. We a case an exceptional feature--uneven impairment both right and left function, or biventricular takotsubo--and we discuss novel, comprehensive theory that have devised explain pathophysiology syndrome's many manifestations.
