摘要: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use endovascular stent grafts in treatment para-anastomotic aneurysms (PAAs) as an alternative high-risk open surgical repair. We identified all patients with previous aortic aneurysm repair who underwent infrarenal (EVAR) at our institution from June 1998 April 2007. Patient demographics, surgery, and operative complications were recorded. One hundred forty-eight EVAR during period 11 had surgery. Of these redo patients, mean age was 62 years initial surgery 71 EVAR. All male. Initial for rupture five (45%) patients. average time between subsequent reintervention 9 years. ASA Grade III or IV. Fifty-five percent PAAs involved iliac arteries, 36% abdominal aorta, 9% aortoiliac. Ten stent-grafts inserted electively, one patient presented a contained leak. Aorto-uni-iliac deployed seven bifurcated four A 100% successful deployment rate achieved. Perioperative mortality not seen needed correct endoleak. Endovascular safe feasible. It suitable has probably now become choice management PAAs.
