摘要: Abstract Objective The aims of this study are to adapt two validated self-report questionnaires deliberate self-harm and suicidal behavior German, investigate their psychometric properties agreement with clinician-administered ratings, examine psychopathological correlates. Methods Deliberate Self-Harm Inventory [Gratz KL. Measurement self-harm: preliminary data on the inventory. J Psychopathol Behav 2001;23:253–263] Behavior Questionnaire [Guttierez PM, Osman A, Barrios FX, Kopper BA. Development initial validation questionnaire. Pers Assess 2001;77:475–490] were completed by 361 patients hospitalized for depressive, anxiety, adjustment, somatoform, and/or eating disorders. A rating scale self-destructive was included. Psychopathological variables assessed standardized questionnaires. Results demonstrated good reliability ( α =.81–.96, split-half r =.78–.98, test–retest =.65–.91). Reliability ratings acceptable (interrater κ =.46–.77, =.35–.48). Intraclass correlations (ICC=.68) all three instruments satisfactory. Rates associations between behaviors reported. findings support hypotheses a higher degree psychiatric symptomatology in compared those without. Conclusion questionnaire adaptations reliable valid scales assessment past behavior.
