摘要: As leukocytes progress through hematopoiesis, their expression pattern of cell-surface and intracellular molecular signatures is reflective the cells' stage in developmental commitment program. These markers can thus be exploited for identification purposes, it possible to label these specific determinants using monoclonal antibodies, which have been coupled fluorescent fluorochromes. Immunophenotyping process staining analyzing cells by flow cytometry enumeration classification. In this article, reagents protocols immunophenotyping are discussed. The article begins with descriptions physical biochemical characteristics antibody then moves into a detailed discussion pitfalls, problems, solutions commonly encountered while immunophenotyping. Step-by-step reagent formulations provided at end considerations quality control proper experimental design.
