摘要: Exposure of human red blood cells to low doses hypochlorous acid (HOCl) resulted in the loss intracellular GSH. Oxidation occurred less than 2 min after addition HOCl, and required approx. 2.5 mol HOCl per GSH lost. Loss preceded oxidation membrane thiols, formation chloramines haemoglobin oxidation.
