摘要: This paper examines the relationship between consumers' health plan choices and performance ratings. We make use of an initiative at a large firm to collect, aggregate, disseminate employees estimate several statistical models, including share equations--which allow for presence important unobserved attributes--and logit models. Although report card ratings appear be related enrollment choices, is not uniform. For some dimensions performance, results are consistent with hypothesis that respond other dimensions, seem less influential than attributes likely observed without data release.
