摘要: Chemokine-like factor (CKLF)-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing family (CMTM) is a gene involved in multiple malignancies. CMTM4 member of this and located at chromosome 16q22.1, locus that harbours number tumour suppressor genes. It has been defined as regulator cell cycle division HeLa cells; however, its roles tumourigenesis remain poorly studied. An integrated bioinformatics analysis based on the array data from GEO database was conducted to view differential expression across cancers their corresponding control tissues. Primary clear renal carcinoma (ccRCC) paired adjacent non-tumour tissues were then collected examine by western blotting, immunohistochemistry, quantitative RT-PCR. The ccRCC lines A498 786-O normal tubular epithelial line HK-2 also tested for blotting. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) viable counting assays used delineate growth curves cells after overexpression or knockdown. Wound healing transwell performed assess cells’ ability migrate. effects cellular apoptosis progression analysed flow cytometry, hallmarks detected blotting xenograft model nude mice elucidate function ex vivo. By omic analysis, we found substantial downregulation ccRCC. Western confirmed dramatically reduced 86.9 % (53/61) compared with tissues, well lines. Restoration significantly suppressed inducing G2/M arrest p21 upregulation, migration inhibited. However, knockdown led completely opposite effect these behaviours. Overexpression markedly inhibited mice. downregulated exhibits tumour-suppressor activities ccRCC, could be exploited target treatment.
