摘要: A dispersive micro-solid-phase extraction (D-μ-SPE) procedure coupled with surfactant-enhanced spectrofluorimetric detection was developed for determination of ofloxacin and lomefloxacin from biological environmental samples. The D-μ-SPE performed using magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticle grafted multi-walled carbon nanotube as an efficient adsorbent. main factors affecting the signal enhancement (including surfactant concentration pH) efficiency pH, time, sample volume, amount adsorbent, desorption conditions) were investigated in detail. Under optimized conditions, calibration curves linear (R(2)˃0.9995) over range 50-450 ng mL(-1) limits (LOD) 12 15 respectively. relative standard deviation (RSD %) 1.9 2.1% (C=100 mL(-1), n=5) enrichment factor 192 188 achieved Finally, method successfully applied to preconcentration these drugs (plasma urine)
