摘要: We consider an Energy Services Company (ESCo) acting as a mediator between the wholesale market and PHEV owners providing them with energy for battery charging using distribution network delivery infrastructure. Furthermore, ESCo exploits flexibility in process by offering reserves market. To achieve this objective, faces decision problem of purchasing energy, provision scheduling PHEVs minimization expected total cost operation subject to electricity price volatility uncertainty, demand deadlines capacity constraints. formulated [1]. In paper, we first develop efficiently computable lower bound on objective function problem. Then, inspired bound, propose efficient linear programming based approximate solution analyze its performance under different constraints through simulation. particular, demonstrate that practical ranges is tight proposed very close optimal DP solution, effectively eliminating need complex solutions. Moreover, show current prices electricity, management model makes strong business reliability case potentially cutting costs less than half, substantial amounts agile reserve grid, counterbalancing intermittency uncertainty renewable generation, managing observe limits.
