摘要: Feral American mink populations (), derived from farms, are widespread in Europe. In this study we investigated genetic diversity and differentiation between feral farm using a panel of markers (194 SNP) generated RAD sequencing data. Sampling included total 211 individuals 14 populations, 4 10 the latter including 7 color types (Brown, Black, Mahogany, Sapphire, White, Pearl, Silver). Our revealed similar low levels both mink. Results consistent with small effective population size as consequence line selection farms founder effects few escapees populations. Moderately high was found animals, suggesting scenario which wild were founded escapes decades ago. Currently, gene flow probably limited. Genetic higher among than to create lines. Finally, no indications inbreeding either or samples, significant negative values most showing successful avoiding inbreeding.
