摘要: We investigated the effect of Prostaglandin E1 in lipid microspheres (Lipo-PGE1) on diabetic peripheral neuropathy from view symptoms, neurological examinations including sensory threshold evaluated with Semmes-Weinstein monofilaments (SWM). Type 2 patients were participated this study. The randomly assigned to two groups, 11 Lipo-PGE1-treated and 16 control patients. Lipo-PGE1 at a dose 10mg 20ml saline was injected intravenously as bolus once daily for weeks. Before and, 1, 4 weeks after start treatment Lipo-PGE1, total 18 touch sites feet. Administration improved subjective symptoms especially items numbness imperception. Such improvement correlated well examination, whereas not recognized motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV), (SCV) coefficient variation R-R interval ECG (CVR-R). lasted least 6 months. This study demonstrated that has long term amelioration effects threshold, examination is simpler, more valid quantitative tool assessing clinical neuropathy.
